Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a central location, which was convenient. The rooms were outdated and noisy due to the air conditioning compressors running all night. The service was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience had some waiting times at the buffet area. Overall, the hotel was fine for a brief stay but had some drawbacks worth considering.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room needed some sprucing up, as it smelled like mold and the pool wasn't functioning properly, which was disappointing considering the high price I paid. On the bright side, I had a very nice view from the room.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but the noise from the air conditioning compressors next to my room kept me up all night. On the bright side, the beds were very comfortable; however, I had to switch rooms during my second stay. The soda machine on my floor was a disappointment, being both sold out of regular Pepsi and only accepting cash at $2.50 per bottle.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for my journey north and close to MGM Casino, but I did not feel safe walking at night. The service was wonderful, especially when I asked for a warmer room due to the cold and rainy weather that morning. The dining was excellent with assorted fruits, but the price was a bit high. The rooms were spacious, but they smelled like smoke from previous guests, which was a downside.
The hotel's rooms were very dark and dated, urgently needing updating. Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by the nonstop noise from the lobby air conditioning compressors right outside, and the limited soda options on my floor didn't help either. However, the service, especially from Anna in the dining room, was exceptional with her friendly and helpful approach. The location was convenient, despite some visual drawbacks, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, even if the price wasn't within my control. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.
The hotel is conveniently located just over the bridge from the Big E, making it easy to access. The rooms, though a bit old and stuffy, provided a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, with some minor hiccups in communication. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a decent selection. However, the location lacks adequate lighting and is not ideal for leisure travelers.
