The hotel had a central location, which was convenient. The rooms were outdated and noisy due to the air conditioning compressors running all night. The service was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience had some waiting times at the buffet area. Overall, the hotel was fine for a brief stay but had some drawbacks worth considering.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room needed some sprucing up, as it smelled like mold and the pool wasn't functioning properly, which was disappointing considering the high price I paid. On the bright side, I had a very nice view from the room.
Rooms

The room had a moldy smell and the broken pool was a letdown. However, the view from the room was lovely.

The staff provided excellent attention and customer service, but I was surprised by the extra hidden charges for services such as dry cleaning and laundry.

6.6/10
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but the noise from the air conditioning compressors next to my room kept me up all night. On the bright side, the beds were very comfortable; however, I had to switch rooms during my second stay. The soda machine on my floor was a disappointment, being both sold out of regular Pepsi and only accepting cash at $2.50 per bottle.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, but the constant noisy air conditioning compressors next to my room affected my sleep.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit of a rollercoaster. While the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, I encountered some rudeness when I had to pay an extra $17 for parking. Nonetheless, they were always attentive, professional, and appreciative of our business.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, though it was further from the casino than expected. Easy access to I-91 and a nearby event was a plus. However, the hot tub situation with loud music was not my cup of tea.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average at best. The buffet area needed better organization to avoid long waits, especially if not opting for an omelette. The restaurant inside the hotel was disappointing for the price charged.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent overall, but there were areas for improvement, especially the dining setup and noise control.

7.2/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for my journey north and close to MGM Casino, but I did not feel safe walking at night. The service was wonderful, especially when I asked for a warmer room due to the cold and rainy weather that morning. The dining was excellent with assorted fruits, but the price was a bit high. The rooms were spacious, but they smelled like smoke from previous guests, which was a downside.
Rooms

The hotel's rooms were very dark and dated, urgently needing updating. Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by the nonstop noise from the lobby air conditioning compressors right outside, and the limited soda options on my floor didn't help either. However, the service, especially from Anna in the dining room, was exceptional with her friendly and helpful approach. The location was convenient, despite some visual drawbacks, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, even if the price wasn't within my control. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.

The hotel is conveniently located just over the bridge from the Big E, making it easy to access. The rooms, though a bit old and stuffy, provided a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, with some minor hiccups in communication. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a decent selection. However, the location lacks adequate lighting and is not ideal for leisure travelers.
